We're Nicole and Julie - two mums, four kids, and countless hours spent juggling prams, car seats, cots, and all the gear that comes with raising little ones. We know firsthand how important it is for baby equipment to be safe, clean, and easy to use - especially when you're short on time or travelling.
Baby On Board Hire Co began after our own less-than-ideal experiences hiring gear for our families. We realised there was a real need for a trusted, local service that genuinely understands what parents are looking for: quality equipment, spotless hygiene, flexible options, and a friendly face behind it all.
Drawing on our own experiences as mums, we hand-pick and maintain every item with the same care and attention we expect for our own families - but rest assured, everything you hire is professionally cleaned, safety-checked, and fully covered by our product and public liability insurance. It's all about giving you peace of mind from the moment you book to the moment your little one is tucked in safely.

Safety & standards
Our gear is regularly inspected and cleaned between hires. We can guide you on safe setup, including car-seat installation principles. If you have any questions, we’re here to help.
