Terms & Conditions of Hire

1. Definitions

3. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the hire.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (if applicable).
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is available within our service area for the fee stated on our website.
• Delivery and collection times are estimates only and may vary.
• You must be present to receive delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Your Responsibilities as the Hirer

• Inspect all equipment upon delivery or collection and notify us immediately of any concerns.
• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
• Follow all manufacturer instructions and any guidelines provided by us.
• Supervise children at all times while equipment is in use.
• Keep the equipment clean and in good condition during the hire period.
• Not modify or alter the equipment.
• Return all equipment in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted.

6. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees

• You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the hire period.
• If the equipment is returned damaged (beyond fair wear and tear) or excessively dirty, you will be charged a repair, replacement, or cleaning fee as determined by us.
• Replacement value is based on the current retail price of the item or a similar equivalent.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the hire start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the hire start date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the hire fee.
• No refunds are provided for early returns.
• Refunds are processed in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the hire fee.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
