FAQ

What is your minimum hire period?
We have no minimum hire period, however we do have a minimum 3 day rate, meaning if you book for 1 day, you'll still pay the full 3 day rate.
Do you deliver?
Yes—we offer three different delivery options for additional fees based on distance, these are: Airport pickup (utilising Adelaide Airport storage lockers for your convenience), One way delivery (We deliver to your requested location and you drop off the items back to our pickup location in Lower Mitcham or Colonel Light Gardens) and Two way delivery where we deliver and pick up the items from your selected location. We also offer free pickup from Lower Mitcham or Colonel Light Gardens as standard.
Where is your pickup location?
We offer two different pickup locations depending on the booking and items, these being Lower Mitcham and Colonel Light Gardens. (The exact pickup location for your booking will be communicated to you via email prior to your pickup date)
I want to change, cancel or extend my hire, how do I do it?
In your booking confirmation email you will see a "Request Booking Change or Cancellation" button, please use this contact form to detail exactly what you want to change about your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy and may come with an additional admin fee to cover our costs of processing any refund.
We are staying with friends or family in Adelaide, can they collect our items on our behalf?
Absolutely! Just let us know prior to your pickup time who will be coming to pick up the items so we know who to expect on the day.
Do you require a bond?
Some items do require a bond, these are clearly visible when you add items to your hire cart. Bonds are charged as part of the initial hire fee and refunded on return of the item in clean and undamaged condition in line with our Terms and Conditions.
What do I do if an item is damaged during our hire?
We understand accidents happen, and would really appreciate knowing about damage as soon as possible. If you do happen to damage an item during your hire, please get in touch and we will do our best to address the damage or offer an alternative item should it be required. Our hire terms and conditions apply and should damage be determined not regular wear and tear additional fees and charges will apply.
Can you install the car seat or baby capsule for us?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer installation of baby capsules or car seats. Should you require this service we would be happy to provide you some local suppliers who do offer this or alternatively review our Resources page for manufacturer user guides and installation videos.
How do you ensure all items are clean and safe for use?
We have a rigorous cleaning and inspection regime before and after every hire that ensures each item is thoroughly inspected for damage, cleaned and sanitised ready for its next hire. All items we stock adhere to their relevant Australian safety standards.
What if I decide to return my hire equipment early?
If you return your hire items early, per our terms and conditions, there will be no refund for unused portions of your hire period.
What happens if an item is lost or stolen?
When hiring our equipment, per our hire terms and conditions, you are responsible for ensuring the equipment is safely secured and looked after. You will be liable for some or all of the costs of replacing the items in question. Should an item be lost or stolen, please notify us as soon as possible and report any theft to the police.
I've hired an item but I don't know how to set it up / I'm struggling to use it, what do I do?
We have a Resources page linked in your booking confirmation email and on our website that contains videos and user manuals for a majority of our stock, as a first pass please review these resources and see if they can fix your issues. If you still can't figure it out, then please don't hesitate to gives us a call and we will help you out!
What if you don't currently list an item we want to hire?
We are always looking for new stock options, so feel free to send us an email and let us know what you would like and we can look into it!
